The clock is TICKING! Our Do More 24 campaign to supercharge our youth programs is coming to a close TODAY at 6:00 PM! We're making a final push to reach our goal, and we need YOU to join the fun!

 

Why is this so important?

 

Imagine a world where every kid has the chance to thrive. That's what we're building at First State Community Action Agency! Your support through Do More 24 helps us fuel vital programs like:

 

  • Afterschool Adventures: We're creating safe, engaging spaces where kids discover new passions, get homework help, and build friendships that last a lifetime. Think: science experiments, art projects that unleash creativity, and games that spark teamwork!

 

  • Employment & Training Power-Ups: We're equipping teens with the skills they need to launch their futures! From resume workshops to hands-on job training, we're giving them the tools to succeed. Because every young person deserves a shot at a bright future!

 

  • Mentorship Magic: Every kid needs a champion! Our mentors provide guidance, support, and a listening ear. They help young people navigate challenges, build confidence, and discover their potential.

 

Grants are amazing, but they don't cover everything! Your Do More 24 donations allow us to:

 

  • Add that extra sparkle! Fund those awesome field trips, purchase cool program supplies, and bring in special guest speakers that make our programs truly unforgettable.

 

  • Reach even MORE kids! Extend our programs to underserved areas and ensure that every child in Delaware has access to the support they need.
