La Casista Outreach
The La Casita Outreach Center, located at 107 N. King Street in Georgetown, DE, services the Spanish speaking population in the area with life skills assistance, interpretation services, and other supports.
HELP Program
Repairing Replacing Heaters and Conserving Energy:
RRHACE assists eligible households with the repair or replacement of inefficient or inoperable HVAC systems.

Summer Cooling Assistance Program:
​SCAP provides room-sized air conditioners to qualified recipients.
​
Energy Education:
The program also provides energy education to clients and energy saving EcoKits to help reduce energy costs.
Earned Income Tax Preparation
Provides income tax preparation for qualified families by IRS-certified VITA volunteers

•Savings products (bonds, savings accounts, etc.) are available to encourage families to invest for the future or save for goals like homeownership, education, small business development, etc.
